About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at Ascension Seton. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare the operating suite with sterile equipment and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for surgical procedures.
  • Assist surgeons during procedures, providing necessary instruments and supplies.
  • Help prepare, transport, position, and drape patients for surgery.
  • Maintain accurate instrument counts and monitor inventory levels throughout procedures.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
  • One or more of the following certifications: NCCT or NBSTSA.
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree/Technical degree, or 4 years of applicable experience.
Preferred Qualifications

L&D/OB experience preferred.
