Job Title: Nephrology Nurse

At Fresenius Medical Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nephrology Nurse to join our team. As a Nephrology Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary:

The Nephrology Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current appropriate state licensure
  • Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred)
  • Chronic hemodialysis experience (preferred)
