Job Summary

As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the financial goals of our hotel's daily operations. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food to guests, ensuring the highest quality of product and service standards to maximize revenues and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare beverages requested by customers or servers according to standard operating procedures, controlling costs and providing a consistent product to guests.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas to maximize efficiency, setting up the bar and back bar according to established procedures.
  • Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner, following up to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Perform pre and post-shift side work, including stock, service station, and coffee preparation.

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 6 months of F&B outlet customer services experience, including cash handling and preferably previous Barista experience.
  • Be incredibly friendly, customer-centric, and love to smile and radiate a positive and accommodating attitude while interacting with customers.
  • Provide a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
