Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to ensure students receive a comprehensive education.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide a supportive learning environment.
- Supervise and manage cases to ensure high-quality services are provided.
- Master's degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current SLP license in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting.
