Job Overview:

ProTalent Finders LLC is seeking a highly skilled Orthopedic Trauma Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our orthopedic team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work closely with our orthopedic surgeons and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Comprehensive Orthopedic Trauma Care: Provide high-quality patient care, performing procedures such as small sutures, splinting fractures, and joint reductions.
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with our orthopedic surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough patient assessments, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and postoperative care to ensure a smooth recovery process.
  • Participate in On-Call Rotation: Participate in the on-call rotation for our orthopedic trauma service, providing 24/7 coverage and ensuring timely patient care.
Qualifications:
  • Licensure: Must have a current and valid NP or PA license in the United States.
  • Certification: ONPC or PAC certification preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in orthopedic trauma care, including specific procedures, is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong clinical skills, effective communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn.
