Job Summary

Lift Truck Parts & Service - Brockton is a reputable family-owned business that offers excellent compensation and benefits.

We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Forklift Technician to join our service and repair department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair LP propane and electric forklifts of all makes and models.
  • Perform all assigned planned maintenance on rental and customer forklift trucks.
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections on new equipment.
  • Ensure all safety features on each forklift are properly maintained and functional.
  • Maintain accurate records of each job.
  • Keep the shop and yard clean and organized.
  • Tag all equipment entering the shop.
  • Utilize personal tools to perform duties.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned to contribute to the effective operation of the service and repair department.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in automotive or equipment repair is preferred but not required.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and practices, as well as read instructions.
