We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at E-Z Mart Inc. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing top-notch service to our customers.
Overview: As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store appearances and stock during peak hours, handling transactions efficiently, and ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch service to customers during busy midday and evening hours
- Manage store appearance and stock during peak hours
- Handle a high volume of transactions with efficiency and a friendly attitude
- E nsure a secure and safe shopping environment
- Work seamlessly with colleagues to handle the unique pace and challenges of the afternoon and early evening
Requirements:
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older if located in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO. For all other states, must be 21 years of age or older.
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively
- Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
