About the Role

As a Client Care Advisor with Comfort Keepers of Greenville, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of care for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the provision of in-home care and support services to our clients, arranging for uninterrupted continuing care and assisting families in organizing resources for effective client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will answer potential client inquiries, qualifying them for home visits and accurately determining the type and duration of services necessary to meet client needs.
  • You will conduct in-home visits for prospective clients, converting them to new clients and processing required paperwork while communicating pertinent information to ensure understanding.
  • You will process data necessary to establish initial client records, services, and files, participating in the new client assimilation process and ensuring timely completion.
  • You will identify potential issues, using independent judgment to evaluate alternative solutions and implement established policies for immediate resolution.
  • You will visit current clients regularly to ensure the quality of care meets client needs, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • You will establish and grow community relationships with prospect referral sources, such as transitional care units, hospital discharge planners, home health agency staff, and other senior-related referral sources, coordinating transitions with these partners.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Healthcare or customer service experience is beneficial.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and additional software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • A positive, professional attitude and team player mindset.
