About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a Maintenance Person, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks, including filtering oil fryers, maintaining outside grounds, and cleaning equipment and windows.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Detail clean the restaurant, including changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.

As a Maintenance Person at McDonald's, you will be eligible for competitive pay, education through Archways to Opportunity, free employee meals, and crew appreciation days. You will also have access to maintenance gear and be eligible for a 90-day satisfaction increase.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. You will also need to be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
