As a seasoned IT professional with a minimum of 12 years of experience, you will leverage your expertise in automating business workflows using Appian to drive process improvements. Your role will involve translating functional requirements into Appian business flows, building proof-of-concepts to demonstrate new capabilities, and collaborating with technical and functional teams to design, implement, test, and validate systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop new code and support operations, maintenance, and enhancements of existing code
• Estimate level of effort and plan work accordingly
• Define Appian Architecture and interact with stakeholders to define Integration Architecture
• Develop hands-on experience with Process Model, SAIL, Expression Rules, and Integration
• Create and execute unit tests in Appian Designer
• Analyze health check reports and recommend performance optimization initiatives
• Define DB Entity Model and understand Appian Group types, Process Designing, Security, and CDT
• Develop reports using Appian and understand rules management and CDT use
• Possess good knowledge of Agile Scrum and tools like JIRA
• Must be Appian Level 1 and/or 2 certified

Requirements:
• Bachelors in Engineering or above
• Excellent communication skills

Education:
Bachelors Degree
