Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Gundersen Lutheran Administrative. As an IR Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality radiologic exams and interventional medical sonography exams to aid in medical diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality radiologic exams, including fluoroscopic, cone beam CT, and interventional medical sonography exams.
  • Assist physicians as a scrub person according to prescribed standards.
  • Assist RN and provider in performing circulating duties as directed.
  • Display understanding of anatomy and physiology, the pathological condition affecting the patient, the planned procedure, and consider any variations that may be necessary to meet the needs of the patient.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of instruments and competency of established protocols and equipment operation.
  • Ability to provide high-quality service to customers in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality with others regarding patient information.
