Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise all on-site personnel, including subordinate superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Develop and implement project plans, while monitoring weekly progress and overall project health.
  • Coordinate all activities on the job site to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee labor management and subcontractor performance to guarantee quality work and timely service delivery.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, design consultants, and project managers.
  • Work closely with local inspectors and utility representatives to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Enforce safety protocols and manage the quality assurance processes.
  • Create and maintain detailed short-term project schedules.
  • Handle the invoicing process and manage project financials accurately.
  • Address and resolve daily operational challenges on-site.
  • Compile daily reports detailing workforce and key activities.
Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction sector as a Superintendent.
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects valued between $7MM and $20MM is preferred.
  • Background in broad commercial construction is advantageous.
  • Experience with both ground-up and interior construction projects is desirable.
  • Demonstrated stable employment history.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Educational background in Construction Management or a related discipline is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a base salary ranging from $100,000 to $115,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
