Sprinter Van Technician Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Sprinter Van Technician Lead to join our team at Aussie Pet Mobile. This is a salaried position, with salary negotiable based on experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our fleet of 28 Sprinter vans and related equipment, ensuring that they are properly maintained and repaired.
The role involves diagnosing and repairing most issues on the vans, performing preventive maintenance and managing schedule, inspecting vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately, and conducting routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity.
Maintenance duties also include oil and filter changes, replacing belts, tensioners, pulleys, replacing batteries and alternators, replacing brakes, rotors, and pads, and repairing or replacing broken or dysfunctional parts and fixing issues (e.g. leaks).
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements include 3+ years of experience as a technician, a 'whatever needs to be done' ethic and attitude, reliability, hard work, independence, honesty, punctuality, and capable time management. Dependability is a must.
