• Collaborate closely with project managers and fellow team members to bring custom home designs to life, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
• Execute precise framing techniques, install windows, doors, siding, and decks, adhering to the highest standards of quality and structural integrity.
• Demonstrate proficiency in both rough and finish carpentry, meticulously crafting trim, baseboards, crown molding, and other finishing touches that elevate the aesthetic appeal of each home.
• Create bespoke cabinetry, built-ins, and staircases, showcasing exceptional woodworking skills and attention to detail.
• Maintain a steadfast commitment to quality and precision in all aspects of work, ensuring seamless transitions between different materials and surfaces.
• Communicate effectively with the project team to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project deadlines.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a carpenter in residential construction, demonstrating expertise in both rough and finish carpentry techniques.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting project specifications with accuracy.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various wood types, joinery methods, and woodworking techniques.
• Familiarity with a wide range of power tools and hand tools essential for carpentry work.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, as required by the nature of carpentry tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to effectively address challenges that may arise during construction.
• Reliability and punctuality, ensuring consistent adherence to project timelines and commitments.
