Position Overview

A rapidly expanding food service franchise is seeking a dedicated and personable individual for an immediate opening. We are looking for hardworking and motivated candidates who are interested in a long-term career path.

Key Responsibilities

The role will involve:

  • Opening the establishment
  • Preparing and baking a variety of cookies and pretzels
  • Providing exceptional sales and customer service
  • Decorating cookie cakes
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store

Upon successfully mastering these tasks, further responsibilities will be assigned, including:

  • Supervising fellow team members
  • Assisting management with administrative duties such as inventory management and ordering supplies
Qualifications
