About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team at UNC Health Care. As a key member of the clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients within your scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtaining relevant health and medical history, performing thorough physical assessments, reviewing and interpreting diagnostic tests/results.
  • Developing appropriate treatment plans, including prescribing/ordering evidence-based pharmacological agents consistent with departmental guidelines and privileging.
  • Collaborating with clinicians, staff, and students to promote continuity and patient-centered care.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
  • Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in the state of North Carolina.
  • Demonstrated clinical competency, effective leadership skills, and strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive pay, comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
