About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Reliant Rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
  • Valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license
  • Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
  • Basic Internet navigation skills
