Collaboration with the radiology team is crucial for optimal imaging results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures on patients.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI scans, providing clear instructions and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to obtain high-quality images for accurate diagnosis.
- Maintain and calibrate MRI equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Document procedures accurately, maintain patient records, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- ARRT (MRI) certification
- BLS certification
- Two years of recent MRI Technician experience
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
