We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Home Hemodialysis Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in an independent setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide education on Home Hemodialysis to patients and their caregivers in a clinical setting
  • Independently manage patient cases with confidence and accountability
  • Assess, diagnose, and implement complete care plans for patients
  • Empower patients to administer their own dialysis and take control of their health
  • Collaborate with patients, support systems, and care partners to ensure seamless care

Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing

  • Training/Teaching/Healthcare Education background
