Job Title: GEOINT Trainer

Mission Essential Intelligence Solutions is seeking a highly skilled GEOINT Trainer to support our new effort at ONI. The successful candidate will provide full-time training and tradecraft development support for the GEOINT doctrine and tradecraft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for GEOINT Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) watch standard operating procedures (SOP), Geospatial Information Systems (GI&S), and tradecraft skills.
  • Provide analysis and production tradecraft practices to watch personnel, including products, reports, graphics, and application functions.
  • Support government subject matter experts during National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) meetings and Navy tradecraft working groups.
  • Assist in the development of guidelines and recommendations for conducting proper use of intelligence research tools and submitting ad-hoc intelligence collection requirements.
  • Provide GEOINT PED support to the Fleet's GEOINT watches, including research and identification of current sources of Geospatial-Intelligence that satisfy Navy, IC, and DoD requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of practical work experience exploiting National Technical Means (NTM) Imagery or a college degree in a GEOINT-related field.
  • 1 year of GEOINT experience in exploitation of one or more of the following: panchromatic, radar, IR, MSI.
  • 2 years of practical work experience using one or more of the following: National & Tactical GEOINT architectures, Orchestration Services, IESS or Orchestration Services SIPR.
  • Formal military imagery analysis training or equivalent civilian remote sensing certification.
