Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parking Attendant. As a Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cashiering and Customer Service: You will be responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions, providing directions to park facilities, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Traffic Control: You will be responsible for controlling traffic flow at entrance and exit points, as needed.
  • Facility Knowledge: You will be required to obtain a thorough knowledge of the park facility, including its layout and amenities.
  • Reporting and Communication: You will be responsible for reporting any accidents, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Park Ranger and your immediate Supervisor.
  • Other Duties: You will be required to perform other duties as assigned by your Manager.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: You must possess excellent customer service and courtesy skills.
  • Communication Skills: You must be able to communicate, read, and write in English.
  • Instruction Following: You must be able to understand and follow instructions.
  • Self-Motivation: You must be a self-motivated individual with a pleasant personality.
  • Team Player: You must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Appearance and Grooming: You must maintain a neat and clean appearance, with no visible tattoos and clean or neatly trimmed facial hair.
  • Physical Demands: You must be able to stand for long periods of time and work outdoors in all types of weather.
  • Independence: You must be able to work independently in an unsupervised environment.
  • Cashier Experience: Cashier experience is preferred.
  • Background Check: You must be able to clear a background check.
