We are seeking a skilled Box Truck Driver to join our team at ResourceMFG, a leading logistics company specializing in transportation, warehousing, and inventory management services. This is a direct hire opportunity, where you will be on our client's payroll from day one.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Safely operate box trucks to transfer and deliver freight between our campuses in Santa Clara and Sunnyvale.
  • Operate material handling equipment to load and unload materials, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, vehicle inspection records, mileage, unloading, and shipping records.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring proper closure of box trucks and reporting any equipment malfunctions.
  • Provide basic equipment maintenance and ensure all loads are properly secured and within weight limits.

**Requirements:**

  • 6 months of recent DOT-regulated driving experience (CDL or non-CDL).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 2 years.
  • Current DOT medical card.
  • Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
