About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Test Pilot to join our team at KBR. As a key member of our aircrew services team, you will be responsible for supporting flight test activities for the E-2C/D developmental test and evaluation program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans and procedures for E-2C/D flight testing.
  • Conduct pre-mission planning, mission briefing, and post-flight debriefing.
  • Evaluate simulator devices and collect data during ground and flight tests.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering representatives to identify and resolve issues.
  • Participate in technical meetings and contribute to the development of post-flight reports and deficiencies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum six (6) years of experience in flight testing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1000 hours in the E-2 and/or C-2 aircraft.
  • Past or current designation as a Carrier AEW Plane Commander or C-2A Transport Plane Commander.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar computer-based productivity applications.
  • Ability to pass physical and training qualification requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate from a reputable flight test school or program.
  • Current or former designation as a NATOPS Instructor Pilot.
  • E-2D experience and two (2) years RDT&E flight experience.
Security Clearance

Able to obtain and maintain secret level security clearance.
