Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional nursing care to patients with behavioral health needs, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to set measurable goals and develop a comprehensive treatment plan.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment that respects patient rights and dignity.
- Maintain professional relationships with patients, family members, and staff.
Requirements:
- Active Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Texas or eligible compact license.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- New graduates welcome to apply, but preference given to those with inpatient experience in a behavioral health setting.
- CPR certification.
- Availability to work 7a-7p or 7p-7a shifts, rotating weekend shifts.
