Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in a dialysis setting. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will also be responsible for educating patients and their families about dialysis treatment options and providing support and guidance throughout the treatment process.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families about dialysis treatment options and provide support and guidance throughout the treatment process.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a positive and supportive care environment.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a dialysis setting.
  • Successful completion of FKC Education and Training requirements for new employees.
  • Successful completion and maintenance of CPR BLS Certification.
  • Meet all conditions of employment, including Ishihara's Color Blindness Test.
