Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate who will have a passion for our products and our customers. The ideal candidate will be able to identify the customers' needs through our proprietary selling process and provide a customized shopping experience. The Sales Associate will be responsible for meeting or exceeding all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize our proprietary selling process to provide each customer with outstanding service.
  • Demonstrate all products and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the entire product line.
  • Offer additional financing options to customers.
  • Consistently educate clients of current promotional offerings and products.
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy.
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns.
  • Partner with store management to ensure customer service issues are resolved.
  • Maintain store standards, including merchandising, marketing, and store cleanliness.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience.
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment.
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
About the Role

This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and availability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Associate pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, and competencies.
