About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ladera Center. As a Senior Patient Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with diverse and complex diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
  • Delegate tasks and supervise staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current license to practice nursing in the state of New Mexico.
  • CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
