We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Henrico Health & Rehabilitation Center in Highland Springs, VA.

About the Role

The LPN will provide direct patient care in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as MFA nursing policy and procedures. This includes supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and writing weekly/monthly summaries of patients' status, abilities, and addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review.

Qualifications
  • Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • One (1) year of previous nursing experience preferred
