About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
  • Manage and delegate tasks to support staff as needed to ensure efficient patient care.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation of patient notes in our electronic medical record system.
  • Maintain current state licensure and complete continuing education requirements as necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the physical therapy team to achieve patient goals and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Physical Therapy Assistant degree preferred).
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems (EMR) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
