Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes, enhance the patient experience, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Lead and manage the Emergency Department team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Foster a culture of safety and quality improvement within the department
- Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient flow and coordination of care
Requirements
- Board Certification in Emergency Medicine or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Emergency Medicine physician or leader
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
