Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at Fitometry Health Club. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for creating personalized workout routines for our clients, conducting fitness evaluations, and ensuring a safe and comfortable workout environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized fitness plans for clients based on their goals and fitness levels
  • Conduct regular fitness evaluations to assess client progress and adjust plans accordingly
  • Maintain a clean and safe workout environment, adhering to gym standards and safety requirements
  • Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients, helping them achieve their fitness objectives
  • Sell additional gym programs to members and work with membership coordinators to assess client history
  • Support the front desk and floor staff when not training clients
  • Attend monthly staff meetings and assist with facility maintenance

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Minimum of 6 months personal training experience
  • Current nationally recognized personal training certification
