Job Summary

Pulse Vascular is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our Patient Care Team, you will play a vital role in providing specialized care to patients undergoing interventional angiography procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Perform interventional radiology procedures under the direction of a radiologist, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain a sterile environment, providing patient instruction and utilizing aseptic techniques.
  • Assist interventional radiologists with procedural tasks, including equipment setup and operation.
  • Practice established principles of radiation safety and protection.
Requirements
  • Valid certification as an X-ray Technician or Radiologic Technologist.
  • Proficient in anatomy knowledge and medical terminology.
  • Experience with various imaging modalities, including CT scans, PET scans, mammography, sonography, and X-rays.
  • Familiarity with medical imaging software and equipment operation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
