About the Role

We're seeking a highly analytical individual to join our team as a Business Insights Analyst. In this role, you'll be responsible for gathering and interpreting complex data from various sources to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that drive business growth and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex data analysis projects to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Gather and interpret data from various sources to inform decision making
  • Develop and implement solutions to optimize business performance
  • Create data visualizations to communicate findings and monitor performance
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management through presentations and reports
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in data analysis and process improvement methodologies
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, metrics, and contribution to analytical roadmaps

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
  • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and make insights from large amounts of data
  • Expert in SQL and data analysis
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as QuickSight or Tableau
  • Experience with statistical techniques, pre-post analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a non-technical audience
