Job DescriptionAt Interim HealthCare Duluth, we're seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

As a CNA, your responsibilities will include providing personal care and hygiene services to patients, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery, and assisting with daily needs such as bathing, toileting, and dressing. You'll also be responsible for monitoring patient vital signs, documenting changes, and reporting any concerns to your supervisor.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Minnesota. A minimum of one year of CNA experience in a medical facility is also required. You'll need to be a compassionate and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
