Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in Montana.

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual who can work closely with our occupational therapists to provide high-quality care to our patients. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in occupational therapy and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist occupational therapists in providing patient care, including implementing treatment plans and conducting assessments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by participating in ongoing training and education opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
