Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join their team in Baltimore, Maryland.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to work in our state-of-the-art cath lab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular technology and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures using fluoroscopy and other imaging modalities
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including catheters, guidewires, and imaging systems
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement patient education programs to promote healthy lifestyle choices
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in cardiovascular technology or related field
  • Current certification in cardiovascular technology (RCIS or RDCS)
  • 2+ years of experience in cath lab or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
