Precision Machinist

We are seeking an experienced Precision Machinist to join our team at Accurpress Inc. in a role that requires attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• Operate CNC machines, including setting up and adjusting tools as needed, to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and tolerances.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues that may arise during production.
• Assemble components as required, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.

• Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations.
• Familiarity with logic controllers used in CNC machinery.
• Strong blueprint reading skills to interpret technical documents effectively.
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus for material handling tasks.
