Salary:$110,000 commission based

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Follow-up: Consistently follow up with leads to grow the sales pipeline and ensure sales growth.
  • Local Market Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise on the local real estate market, including zoning regulations, financing options, and property management.
  • Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and goals, guiding them through the entire real estate transaction process, and maintaining regular communication to keep clients informed and updated on market changes and opportunities.
