Key Responsibilities:

  • Extracting and recording critical information from client calls, analyzing appropriate next steps for serving clients, and coordinating/assigning proper technical resources to serve clients.
  • Documenting and following up with service technicians, external vendors, and clients to ensure proper completion of tasks.
  • Coordinating manpower for completion of scheduled maintenance, projects, and inter-company support.
