  • Establish options contracts to build students' confidence and improve their academic skills.
  • Facilitate personal and social development of students as determined by options contracts.
  • Maintain records and files to provide necessary information required by the Options program.
  • Monitor students' success to improve their academic success as determined in the options contract/conference.
  • Participate in team meetings, program workshops, and seminars to convey and/or receive information about the program and/or program-related activities.
  • Prepare records and reports to provide necessary material to meet the requirements of the Options program.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to inform counselors, teachers, and/or parents of students' progress.
  • Assist other personnel as required to support them in completing their work activities.
