Mission Box Solutions is in search of a committed Registered Nurse to become an integral part of our healthcare team, delivering outstanding patient care in an acute telemetry setting. This role encompasses a comprehensive range of patient care responsibilities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of ancillary nursing staff while ensuring adherence to professional nursing standards.
- Engage in patient education, providing essential information to enhance patient understanding and compliance.
- Prescribe and delegate nursing tasks as appropriate.
Essential Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent program.
- A minimum of twelve (12) months of nursing experience is preferred.
- Possession of a valid nursing license or permit to practice in the State of Texas.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification is required within two (2) weeks of employment.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification must be obtained within eight (8) weeks of employment.
- Completion of an Arrhythmia Recognition Course is required within eight (8) weeks of employment.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience, with shift differentials available.
