Airswift is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to join our team in a global leader services business. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive safety programs and procedures tailored to the crane rental industry and the specific hazards associated with the chemical, oil, and gas sectors.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits for crane operations and rental activities, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective measures
• Stay updated on OSHA regulations, industry standards, and local safety regulations that apply to crane operations and the chemical, oil, and gas industries
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety laws and regulations and manage documentation and reporting
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, including crane operators, maintenance staff, and other personnel involved in crane operations
• Ensure that all employees are trained in emergency response procedures, safe work practices, and equipment use
**Requirements**
• 5+ years of safety management experience
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Chemicals, Petrochemicals, O&G background is preferred
