• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits for crane operations and rental activities, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective measures

• Stay updated on OSHA regulations, industry standards, and local safety regulations that apply to crane operations and the chemical, oil, and gas industries

• Ensure compliance with relevant safety laws and regulations and manage documentation and reporting

• Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, including crane operators, maintenance staff, and other personnel involved in crane operations

• Ensure that all employees are trained in emergency response procedures, safe work practices, and equipment use

**Requirements**

• 5+ years of safety management experience

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

• Chemicals, Petrochemicals, O&G background is preferred
