About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team at Goldstrike. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in our maintenance division and fostering a culture of reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide visible leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of safety and reliability.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and manage forecasted and budgeted expenditures effectively.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on root cause failure analysis, failure modes and effects analysis, and reliability-centered maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, standards, and specifications to ensure a reliability culture.
  • Cultivate partnerships with key vendors and OEMs to drive improvement in equipment.
  • Maintain and validate downtime reporting databases and KPIs.
  • Identify, scope, and evaluate reliability improvement projects.
  • Utilize maintenance operating systems to record and report on maintenance activity.
  • Ensure the sustainability of condition monitoring techniques.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated safety leadership capability.
  • Excellent leadership, people, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience in a reliability role.
  • Two years of practical experience in operations, preferably in a mobile maintenance mining environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of reliability and improvement concepts.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and condition monitoring techniques.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) and/or Certified Plant Maintenance Manager.
