Position Overview:

As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in our beverage service, creating a diverse range of drinks from timeless classics to unique concoctions. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a well-maintained bar area, complying with health and safety regulations, and delivering warm and efficient service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
  • Prepare a wide selection of beverages, including traditional cocktails and innovative mixes.
  • Keep the bar area clean and organized at all times.
  • Follow health and safety protocols in all aspects of beverage preparation.
  • Provide attentive and friendly service to enhance the guest experience.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of mixology, spirits, and wines.
  • Engage with patrons to enrich their dining experience.
  • Manage inventory levels and replenish bar supplies as needed.
  • Handle guest payments accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow staff members to ensure seamless service.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in beverages and mixology.
Qualifications:
  • At least 6-12 months of experience in a high-volume, full-service dining environment.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
  • Ability to excel in a team-oriented setting.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and a minimum of three shifts per week.
  • Prior bartending experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.
