About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Automation Engineer to join our team at NeoMatrix, Inc. in Andover, MA.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Overview

The primary focus of this position is to design, develop, and test automation systems, computer systems, networks, and software. The engineer will conduct installations, commissioning, validation, and operation of automation systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. They will assist with writing specifications and training, and develop knowledge of industry, customers, and external standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design basic automation systems and develop quality code.
  • Project Management: Define and complete project tasks, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience/knowledge.
  • Zero to two years of experience with Industrial Automation and/or Digital Transformation technology.
  • Ability to live in or around the Southern NH or Boston metro area.
  • Possession of own transportation or ability to travel to customer sites.
