We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Nurse Specialist to join our team at Infosage System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to individuals with mental health conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
  • Experience working with pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients.
  • Recent travel experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with de-escalation techniques for agitated patients.
  • Current BLS and CPI certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a contract or travel nursing setting.

  • Full-time position with a contract duration of 13 weeks.
  • Days shift with 3x12 hour shifts per week.
