Synergy Care is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team in an outpatient setting at an Assisted Living/Independent Living/Memory Care Community in Lake Charles, LA.
To be considered for this position, you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapist Assistant, or be eligible to graduate within the next six months.
You must hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy certification and a valid state license (where applicable) as an Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapist Assistant.
