Job Title: Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Education Specialist to join our team at the National Council for Adoption. As an Education Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing training and education pathways for agency staff and clients, as well as updating content for our online training platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead training and education initiatives to strengthen partnerships with agencies and streamline the educational experience for clients.
  • Collaborate with the Grant Program Manager to fulfill federal grant requirements on adoption education of hospital staff.
  • Update content for NCFA's online training platform, ensuring usability, functionality, and content meet CE compliance standards.
  • Develop new and expanded content for NCFA's webinars and training series, aligning with membership needs, development program commitments, and wider community needs.
  • Provide constituent services inquiries from the general public and NCFA Members via phone, listserv, and/or email, including LMS support.
  • Work with the conference planning team to ensure a successful annual National Adoption Conference and Fall online conference.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to promote various NCFA education products on our website, via emails, social media, etc.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant field and several years of professional experience are required for this position.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is essential.
  • A demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work effectively in a collaborative office environment is required.
