Job Overview
SGBI Global, LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the Department of Homeland Security's Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Chemical Preparedness Program. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills to oversee a complex project involving multiple virtual teams across the country.

Salary Estimate: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all contractor work performed under this contract with exceptional attention to detail and timeliness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR, fostering effective communication and resolving emergent technical problems and issues.
- Conduct bi-weekly meetings with clients to discuss progress, exchange information, and address concerns.
- Provide regular progress reports to the client, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in managing complex projects with multiple virtual teams across different locations.
- At least 10 years of experience working in or with State, Local, Tribal, or Territorial responder agencies (e.g., fire/hazmat, EMS, LE, health care, public health, or Emergency Management).
- 5 years of experience applying HSEEP principles or managing an HSEEP exercise program.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Scrum.
