USVTA LLC is seeking a passionate and skilled Veterinary Emergency Clinician to become part of our dynamic team. Ideal candidates will possess a DVM/VMD degree, have completed an internship, and bring a minimum of one year of emergency room experience.
Compensation and Benefits- Initial compensation of $70,000 annually for the first six months, equivalent to internship pay.
- Supervised emergency and inpatient management shifts with personalized case reviews.
- Engaging educational activities, including CPR/Recovery training, Ultrasound Techniques, and more.
- Development of 'soft skills' in areas such as client communication, time management, and stress management.
- Limited exposure to specialty services through rotations.
Following the initial six-month period, the salary will increase to $130,000 annually.
- Collaborate with seasoned emergency clinicians.
- Participate in weekly case review sessions.
- Access to career advancement and professional growth opportunities.
Alternative Career Path:
After completing the training phase, participants may opt to pursue a residency, extend their training with emergency surgical procedures, or continue their career as an emergency clinician based on their individual career aspirations.
